Roam is a cashless business.
Appointments are only booked online or via email
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the service will be charged.
No shows will be charged a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the service and be required to pre pay for future appointments.
Adjustments must be done within 2 weeks from the original service.
Prices are subject to change based on more product or time. Any additional costs will be discussed in the initial consultation.
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late are subject to being rescheduled.
